Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct care to day health clients
Lead supportive, therapeutic, and recreational activities
Monitor vital signs and recognize changes in client condition
Assist with activities of daily living including feeding, bathing, and dressing
Support restorative care programs and range of motion exercises
Maintain infection control and universal precautions standards

Qualifications

Active State of Hawaii Nurse Aide Certificate required
Minimum 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
Current CPI, ENPC, RNFA, TNCC, AWHONN, STABLE, ASLS, NBSTSA, APHON, CMA, CCMA, RMA, or C-EFM certification
Knowledge of basic nursing skills and medical terminology

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing skills and vital sign monitoring
First aid and universal precautions
Body mechanics and safe patient handling
Activities of daily living assistance
Restorative care techniques
Infection control practices
