Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per Diem - 2:00 PM - 10:15 PM (Shift 2), 30-minute meal break
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure the highest quality of care
- Document care provided accurately and timely
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and team members
- Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic understanding of resident care techniques
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
