Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to residents, assisting with daily activities like bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff promptly
- Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for patients
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure top-quality care
- Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Maine
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have an approved exemption
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
- Compassionate, patient-centered attitude
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and hygiene assistance
- Infection control and safety practices
- Accurate vital sign measurement
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
