Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients during overnight hours
• Monitor patient vitals, administer medications, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams
• Respond to changes in patient condition and escalate as needed
• Document patient care accurately and maintain compliance with facility policies
• Support and educate patients and families throughout their stay

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recent nursing experience in an acute care setting
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact state
• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Expertise in patient monitoring and emergency response
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR)
