Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements for employees
• Process and reconcile expense reports using Concur software
• Serve as liaison with American Express for travel-related issues
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies
• Provide exceptional customer support to travelers
• Assist with reporting and data analysis as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in administrative or travel coordination role
• Proficiency with Concur or similar expense management systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with travel booking and reimbursement processes
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
