Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage corporate travel arrangements for employees
Process and reconcile expense reports using Concur software
Serve as liaison with American Express for travel-related issues
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with travel policies
Provide exceptional customer support to travelers
Assist with reporting and data analysis as needed

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous experience in administrative or travel coordination role
Proficiency with Concur or similar expense management systems
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with travel booking and reimbursement processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
