Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient flow and ensure smooth daily operations
- Manage administrative tasks and maintain accurate records
- Assist with onboarding and training of new staff
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
- Support clinical teams to enhance patient care delivery
- Serve as a liaison between departments for effective communication
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide training!
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving mindset and adaptability
- Understanding of healthcare confidentiality requirements (HIPAA)
- Time management and prioritization skills
