Virtual Monitor Tech

Location: Phoenix, Arizona

Start Date: 06-23-2026

End Date: 09-22-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, rotating between 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with no set schedules. Weekends required, with a minimum of 4 weekend shifts per schedule.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform remote surveillance of cardio-pulmonary rhythms via a central monitoring station
Recognize, record, and report potentially dangerous rhythm changes and arrhythmias
Follow established standards and procedures per applicable regulatory requirements
Accurately recognize cardiac rhythms and follow command center policy
Communicate effectively with local RN staff and other team members

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited EKG interpretation program
Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience
Ability to pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam
Strong knowledge of cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias
