Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Take charge as the RN on duty, leading the care team
Administer medications accurately and on schedule
Perform wound care and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents with heart disease, diabetes, and dementia
Collaborate with DON and on-call physicians for resident needs
Ensure a safe, clean, and compassionate environment

Qualifications

Current RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS certification (required)
At least 1 year of Long Term Care experience
Experience with Matrix EMR preferred
Ability to work 36 hours per week on a 13-week contract

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking
Excellent medication administration and wound care skills
Ability to lead and delegate to LPNs and CNAs
Compassionate communication with residents and families
Familiarity with long-term care regulations and documentation
