Roles & Responsibilities
- Implement and optimize clinical information systems to enhance patient care
- Train healthcare staff on effective use of electronic health records
- Analyze clinical workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with IT and clinical teams to ensure system efficiency
- Support data integrity and regulatory compliance
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Alaska
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Experience in clinical informatics or healthcare IT
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of EHR systems and clinical workflows
- Analytical and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and training skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects
