Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct Oasis Assessments and Start of Care cases
Provide physical therapy services to patients in a rural setting
Utilize a point system for efficient patient visit tracking
Collaborate with a supportive team environment

Qualifications

Physical Therapist license
Experience working in a similar setting (rural or outpatient physical therapy)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy techniques and best practices
Oasis Assessments and Start of Care case management
Time management and organization skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
