Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $32 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care as a licensed LPN
Administer medications and treatments accurately, documenting per facility policy
Monitor and record vital signs, identifying and reporting clinical changes
Collaborate with RNs and the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence
Maintain accurate, timely charting and support continuity of care during shift change

Qualifications

Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (New Mexico or eligible for licensure)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred
Comfortable administering medications, documenting care, and following physician orders
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Reliable, compassionate, and committed to quality resident care

Education

Practical Nursing diploma or certificate (LPN)

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assessment and documentation skills
Medication administration and infection control practices
Wound care basics and treatment follow-through
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and escalate concerns appropriately
Friendly, clear communication with residents, families, and care teams
