Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral health assessments to patients
• Perform dental cleanings and prophylaxis with precision
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices
• Collaborate with dental team to develop individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Licensed Dental Hygienist in Virginia
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a clinical setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in dental software and electronic health records

Knowledge & Skills

• Dental hygiene procedures and techniques
• Patient education and counseling
• Dental instrumentation and equipment handling
• Infection control protocols
• Dental software proficiency
