Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during examinations, procedures, and surgeries
• Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments between patients
• Take and develop dental radiographs following safety protocols
• Maintain accurate patient records and update dental software
• Provide patients with post‑procedure instructions and answer questions

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Dental assisting certification (CDA or equivalent) preferred
• At least 1 year of experience in a dental office setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to follow strict infection control standards

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures
• Proficiency in dental practice management software
• Excellent hand‑eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Customer service orientation and empathy
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
