Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional speech-language pathology therapy to improve patient outcomes
- Assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders with compassion
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Educate patients and families to empower lasting recovery
- Document progress meticulously to track meaningful advancements
Qualifications
- Active SLP license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- CCC-SLP certification preferred
- BLS certification required
- Passionate about helping patients regain their voice
Education
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in dysphagia and aphasia management
- Strong bedside manner and patient rapport skills
- Proficiency with therapy documentation systems
- Adaptability in fast-paced hospital environments
- Excellent communication for team collaboration
