Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including 6 weekend days per schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to oncology and women's surgical patients on a 24-bed unit
- Manage patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 with precision and empathy
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of 4-6 RNs, CNAs, and leadership
- Perform key procedures like occasional pelvic exams, echoes, and thoracentesis
- Utilize Cerner EMR to ensure seamless, high-quality documentation
Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- BLS certification
- 2+ years of experience
- Chemo Certification preferred to hit the ground running
- Team player attitude with willingness to learn and adapt
Education
- RN licensure from accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Oncology nursing expertise
- Strong patient assessment and care planning
- Familiarity with standard med-surg equipment
- Team collaboration in fast-paced environments
