Shift Type: Night shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, including 6 weekend days per schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate oncology care to patients on a 24-bed unit
- Manage patient ratios of 1:4 or 1:5 with skill and dedication
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of 4-6 RNs, CNAs, and leadership
- Perform key procedures like occasional pelvic exams, echoes, and thoracentesis
- Utilize Cerner EMR to provide top-notch documentation and care
- Occasionally float to other med-surg units to share your expertise
Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- BLS certification essential
- 2+ years of experience in oncology nursing
- Chemo Certification preferred for priority consideration
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong oncology nursing background
- Proficiency with standard unit equipment and Cerner EMR
- Team player attitude with willingness to learn
- Comfortable with night shift dynamics
