Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a high-impact OB/GYN unit
Monitor patient progress and respond swiftly to changing needs
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Provide expert support during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
Educate patients and families to empower confident health decisions

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN nursing experience
BLS and NRP certifications required
Strong clinical skills with a passion for women's health

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery procedures
Proficiency in fetal monitoring and high-risk pregnancies
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Calm under pressure with keen assessment skills
