Candidate Pay Rate: $42 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to mothers and newborns in a high-volume OB/GYN unit
Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs with precision and empathy
Assist in labor and delivery procedures to ensure safe outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient support
Educate patients and families on postpartum care for smooth transitions home

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of OB/GYN nursing experience
BLS and NRP certifications preferred
Strong clinical skills and a passion for women's health

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in labor and delivery protocols
Proficiency with electronic medical records
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Ability to handle high-stress situations with calm professionalism
