Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, work at least 4 weekends per schedule period

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to patients in the 16-bed NVICU with 2:1 ratios
- Manage central line and A-line placements, intubations, and EVD patients
- Collaborate with a team of 46 dedicated staff including charge nurses and RNs
- Utilize Meditech EMR and standard ICU equipment to provide top-tier care
- Float to other ICUs, BMT, and PCU floors to broaden your impact
Qualifications
- Active RN license
- 1+ years of ICU experience required
- ACLS certification
- Team player who is accountable and caring
Education
- RN licensure with ICU background
Knowledge & Skills
- ICU expertise including oncology and neuro experience preferred
- Meditech EMR proficiency a big plus
- Skilled in high-acuity procedures like central lines, intubation, and EVD management
