Shift Type: Night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every third weekend with 12 hours of call per 4 week schedule
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care during vaginal deliveries and C-sections, making a real difference in new families' lives
- Provide compassionate antepartum, newborn, and postpartum care that supports mothers and babies through critical moments
- Monitor fetal heart rates using state-of-the-art GE equipment in a high-volume birthing unit
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of labor nurses, nursery nurses, and OB techs to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license with at least 2 years of labor and delivery experience
- Required certifications including BLS, ACLS, NRP, and AWHONN Fetal Monitoring
- Experience in high birth volume LDRP settings is a fantastic plus
Education
- RN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with Meditech and CPN EMR systems
- Expertise in managing 1:1 labor patient ratios and 5-6:1 postpartum/nursery assignments
- Strong skills in handling high-acuity maternal and infant care scenarios
