Shift Type: Full-time, 3x12 hour night shifts per week, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, rotating weekends and holidays
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional care during labor, delivery, and postpartum recovery
- Monitor fetal heart rates and manage high-risk situations with confidence
- Assist in C-sections, inductions, and OB emergencies like shoulder dystocia and hemorrhage
- Transition newborns smoothly while providing couplet care
- Collaborate with a seasoned team to create positive birth experiences
- Perform daily patient rounding to ensure safety and satisfaction
Qualifications
- RN license in good standing
- 2+ years of labor and delivery experience
- BLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring training required
- Comfort handling inductions with Pitocin and Cervidil
- Experience with OB emergencies preferred
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in fetal monitoring and central monitoring systems
- Proficiency with Meditech documentation and unit equipment like IV pumps and infant warmers
- Strong skills in C-sections, vacuum/forceps deliveries, and newborn assessments
- Team player mindset ready to float and support colleagues
