Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients, making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create optimal care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Advocate for patients and their families during challenging times
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2+ years of ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments
