Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver critical care to ICU patients making a real difference in their recovery
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes in patient conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create personalized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Advocate for patients and families during challenging times
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 1 year of ICU nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Proficiency with ICU-specific equipment and protocols
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure environments
