Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional dialysis care to patients, making a real difference in their lives
- Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision and compassion
- Collaborate with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure top-notch patient outcomes
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, empowering them every step of the way
- Maintain meticulous records and adhere to the highest safety standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- Minimum 2 years of dialysis nursing experience
- BLS certification (ACLS preferred)
- Strong clinical skills and a patient-centered approach
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis procedures
- Proficiency with dialysis equipment and monitoring systems
- Excellent communication and empathy in high-pressure settings
- Keen attention to detail for patient safety
