Shift Type: 3x12 night shifts
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the NICU team with confidence and compassion during night shifts
- Oversee patient care for our tiniest fighters, ensuring top-notch outcomes
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional neonatal care
- Mentor and support fellow nurses, fostering a positive and efficient unit environment
- Monitor and respond to critical situations swiftly and effectively
Qualifications
- Active RN license in good standing
- NICU experience with proven leadership skills
- BLS certification
- DCI/BVP certification
Education
- RN degree from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in NICU patient care
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in neonatal assessments and interventions
