• Charting System: EPIC
• Unit Notes: Number of pt or ratios? Ratio is 1:5. However, on occasion they may increase to 1:6 but that is not the norm
• charting system? EPIC
• pumps? Alarms smart pumps
• IV team? No IV team. Up to RN, however, we have multiple people on all units who can place ultrasound guided IVs if needed as well as our rapid response RN. (We have 1 rapid response RN per shift. Their role is NOT IV starts but can help when needed and if available).
• Phlebotomy? Our PCAs on the floors can do venipuncture as well as each RN
