Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat patients to restore function and reduce pain
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve mobility and quality of life
- Collaborate with healthcare team to deliver comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and adjust therapies as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and injury prevention
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Previous experience in an outpatient or clinical setting preferred but new grads welcome
- Excellent communication and patient-education skills
Education
- Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Expertise in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
- Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
