Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to a diverse patient population
Treat common diagnoses including orthopedic conditions, total joint replacements, vestibular disorders, neurological issues, and balance difficulties
Manage approximately 9-11 patients per day with a focus on quality care
Collaborate with PTA support staff to optimize patient outcomes
Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient tracking
Participate in a 1-2 day orientation to become familiar with unit-specific protocols

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
Current BLS certification (AHA preferred)
Must not have been employed by any CommonSpirit facility (including CHI or Dignity) within the past year
2 supervisory references required at submittal: 1 within 12 months and 1 within 3 years
Experience in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, and neuro rehab preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in outpatient physical therapy techniques
Skilled in orthopedic rehabilitation and total joint protocols
Knowledge of vestibular rehabilitation and balance assessment
Experience with neurological rehabilitation
Competent in using Cerner EMR system
Excellent patient communication and time management skills
