Roles & Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and ensure patient safety
• Provide pharmaceutical care and counsel patients on proper medication use
• Review and verify medication orders for appropriateness and interactions
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
• Maintain accurate patient records and medication profiles
• Monitor drug therapies and recommend adjustments as needed

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist license in the state of Texas
• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program (Pharm.D.)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical calculations and drug interactions
• Understanding of federal and state pharmacy regulations
• Proficiency with pharmacy information systems
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Commitment to continuing education and professional growth
