Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist the orthodontist during procedures, ensuring all instruments are ready and sterile
• Prepare and manage patient records, maintaining accurate treatment documentation
• Sterilize and set up equipment, adhering to infection control protocols
• Communicate with patients to explain procedures and address concerns
• Collaborate with the dental team to support efficient clinic operations

Qualifications

• Certified Dental Assistant with experience in orthodontics
• Strong knowledge of orthodontic terminology and treatment protocols
• Proficiency in dental software and electronic health records
• Excellent communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in dental software (e.g., Dentrix)
• Knowledge of orthodontic terminology and appliance handling
• Sterilization and infection control procedures
• Patient communication and education
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
