Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality PET/CT scans to aid in accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely and effectively
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures, ensuring comfort and safety
- Maintain and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal performance
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to deliver exceptional patient care
- Document patient history, procedure details, and results meticulously
Qualifications
- Current ARRT (N) or CNMT certification
- Valid BLS certification
- State licensure as required by California
- Strong attention to detail and patient advocacy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in PET/CT imaging protocols and techniques
- Knowledge of radiation safety and ALARA principles
- Proficient in medical record documentation and EHR systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
