Roles & Responsibilities

Provide thorough dental cleanings and oral health assessments to patients
Educate patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and preventive care
Document patient care and maintain accurate records
Assist the dentist during procedures as needed
Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment

Qualifications

Valid Dental Hygienist license in the state of New York
CPR certification preferred
Excellent communication and patient care skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instrumentation
Knowledge of dental software and charting systems
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
Attention to detail and infection control protocols
