Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Monday - Friday, 12:45 PM - 9:00 PM (as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide thorough dental cleanings and oral hygiene instruction to patients
Assess patients' oral health and document findings for the dentist
Take and develop dental X-rays as needed
Educate patients on proper brushing, flossing, and nutritional habits
Assist the dentist during examinations and procedures
Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile treatment environment

Qualifications

Current Dental Hygienist license in the state of Pennsylvania
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a dental team
CPR certification required
Experience with dental software is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in dental hygiene procedures and instruments
Knowledge of infection control and sterilization protocols
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with patients
Attention to detail in patient care and record keeping
