Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist surgeons with precision during complex procedures in Ortho trauma, spine, neuro, GYN, general, robotics and vascular surgery
- Maintain sterile fields and ensure seamless OR operations
- Collaborate with high-tech teams using DaVinci, Mako and Velys robots
- Deliver exceptional patient care in a 1:1 ratio environment
- Document accurately using Cerner system to support top outcomes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in surgical first assisting
- Hold certifications in CSTFA, CFA or RNFA
- Experience in high-volume OR with robotics a big plus
