Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
- Monitor vital signs and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment
- Document patient care accurately and timely
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure the best outcomes for every patient
Qualifications
- Active CNA certification in California
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping a smile
- A passion for helping others and making a difference
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and patient care procedures
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Empathy and patience in all patient interactions
