Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities
Monitor and report changes in patient vital signs and condition
Support patients with mobility, hygiene, and nutrition
Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients
Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification in the state of California
BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care and basic nursing skills
Attention to detail and observational skills
Effective teamwork and collaboration
Time management and prioritization
