Shift Type: 12 hour night shifts, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate critical care to CCU patients, monitoring vital signs and responding swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and execute individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and empathy
- Advocate for patients and families during high-stakes moments
- Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nevada or compact state
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent CCU or critical care experience preferred
- Commitment to per-diem coverage with flexibility
Education
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in hemodynamic monitoring and ventilator management
- Strong assessment skills for acutely ill patients
- Proficiency in cardiac rhythms and emergency interventions
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
