Cardiac Cath Lab Tech - Cardiac Cath Lab
Location: Houston, Texas
Start Date: 01-06-2025
End Date: 04-07-2025
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM with on-call at least 10 shifts per month including weekends
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in life-saving interventional procedures like PCI and vascular interventions
- Operate advanced Phillips and Siemens imaging equipment with precision
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of 3 staff per case to deliver exceptional care
- Masterfully pan the x-ray table for crystal-clear imaging
- Support procedures including EPS, PVI, PPM, and heart catheterizations
- Educate and mentor young staff to build a stronger team
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in cardiac cath lab
- Hold active ARRT or RCIS certification
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Proficient in panning x-ray table operations
- Interventional experience is a must

Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in interventional cardiology procedures
- Familiarity with EP and IR techniques
- Skilled in using Phillips and Siemens equipment
- Comfortable with MERGE Hemo and Meditech Expanse EMR
