Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver therapeutic interventions following the PT plan of care
• Document patient progress and response to treatment
• Empower patients through education and home exercise programs
• Communicate patient status clearly to the supervising PT
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and compliance standards

Qualifications

• You are a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• You hold an active state PTA license (or are able to obtain one)
• You can follow treatment plans and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

Education

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy and therapeutic interventions
• Strong patient documentation abilities
• Experienced in patient education and home exercise programs
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Committed to infection control and safety protocols
