Roles & Responsibilities

• Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them regain function and mobility
• Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans of care
• Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
• Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for holistic patient care
• Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
• Active Massachusetts PT license (or the ability to obtain one)
• Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical skills
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different facilities and patient care settings

Education

• Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
• Knowledge of patient evaluation techniques and documentation standards
• Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and care teams
• Clinical skills across a variety of rehabilitation settings
