Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $50 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, and treat patients to help them regain function and mobility
- Develop and update personalized treatment and discharge plans of care
- Document services accurately and timely to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise PTAs and Rehab Techs in accordance with practice acts
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams and families for holistic patient care
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
- Active Massachusetts PT license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Excellent communication, documentation, and clinical skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in different facilities and patient care settings
Education
- Graduate of an APTA-accredited Physical Therapy program (DPT, MSPT, or BSPT)
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in physical therapy assessment and treatment planning
- Knowledge of patient evaluation techniques and documentation standards
- Effective communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and care teams
- Clinical skills across a variety of rehabilitation settings
