Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate nursing care to residents and patients
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Monitor patient vitals and condition, documenting changes
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and adjust care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and families
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in Maine (or compact where applicable)
• Completion of original or updated COVID-19 vaccination or documented medical/religious exemption
• Ability to work overnight shifts and a flexible per-diem schedule
• Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred
• Must bring state or federal issued ID and wear photo badge at all times

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Medication administration and IV therapy proficiency per scope of practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to adapt quickly to different units and patient needs
• Knowledge of EHR documentation and care planning
