Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assistance with activities of daily living
• Take and record vital signs, reporting changes to nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning to ensure patient safety
• Support residents with meals, hygiene, and personal care
• Maintain a clean, comfortable environment
• Document care provided and communicate observations with the care team

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in Pennsylvania
• Ability to work night shifts
• Must bring a state or federal issued identification to the facility
• Must wear a photo badge at all times while on duty
• Compassion and a commitment to quality patient care
