Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor residents' health status and report changes to the care team
• Document patient care accurately and promptly
• Collaborate with nurses, aides, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
• Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current LPN or RN license in the state of Maine (or compact license accepted where applicable)
• Valid BLS/CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or geriatrics preferred
• Must meet all facility vaccination requirements or provide an approved exemption
• Must present a valid state or federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times
• Strong assessment and clinical skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Compassion and empathy when caring for elderly residents
