Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and clinical support within your allied specialty
  • Perform accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record
  • Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate care
  • Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and staff
  • Prioritize patient experience by communicating clearly and compassionately
  • Adapt quickly to unit workflows and help maintain efficient daily operations

Qualifications

  • Current state licensure or certification relevant to your allied specialty
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in an allied health role (as indicated in the posting)
  • Current BLS/CPR certification or equivalent required
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to travel and work on a contract assignment; flexible to meet shift needs

Education

  • Associate degree, diploma, or relevant certification in an allied health field (or equivalent clinical training)

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficient clinical skills in your allied discipline
  • Comfortable with electronic health records and accurate documentation
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety best practices
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospital environment
