Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced hospital setting
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to facility protocols
- Adapt quickly to new environments and contribute to unit success
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in your allied health specialty
- Active certification or licensure in your field
- BLS certification required (ACLS preferred)
- Must be willing to float to different units as needed
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively
