Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an urgent care setting
• Assess patient conditions, triage, and prioritize care
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team
• Educate patients and families on health management
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of urgent care or emergency nursing experience preferred
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of urgent care protocols and procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
• Time management and organizational skills
