Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor and support mothers and babies during labor and delivery
• Assist with epidurals, inductions, and cesarean sections
• Provide compassionate care and education to new families
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team for optimal outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently

Qualifications

• Current RN license in North Carolina
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• At least 1 year of recent L&D experience
• NRP certification preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Proficient in electronic medical records
