Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, responding quickly to changes
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and adjust care plans
• Support and educate patients and their families during difficult moments
• Maintain accurate, detailed patient records and documentation

Qualifications

• Active RN license (License/Certificate Verification required)
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and NIHSS certifications
• Completion of Trinity-specific competency testing and skills checklist
• Ability to work every other weekend and every other holiday, including July 3 and 4
• ICU or critical care experience strongly preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in caring for patients with complex, life-threatening conditions
• Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and interpreting rhythms
• Knowledge of trauma and neuro care protocols
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Comfort with ventilators, IV pumps, and other ICU equipment
• Calm and focused under pressure
