End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend and holiday

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ED and MedSurg swing unit
Titrate drips and monitor telemetry strips for cardiac patients
Manage acute patients and swing bed patients with a 1:4 ratio
Float to ED holds as needed and serve as charge nurse
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient assessments, interventions, and responses accurately

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
Minimum one year of MedSurg experience required
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Experience with telemetry interpretation and drip titration preferred
Willingness to float and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge & Skills

Strong med-surg and emergency nursing skills
Ability to titrate common drips and read telemetry strips
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs
