Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver urgent care to patients in the fast-paced ER environment
Assess and stabilize critical conditions with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide top-tier emergency treatment
Monitor patient progress and advocate for their needs
Respond swiftly to life-saving situations making a real difference every shift

Qualifications

Active RN license in good standing
Minimum 1 year of ER nursing experience
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Ready for the energy of a busy emergency department

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (ADN/BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking in high-pressure scenarios
Excellent triage and prioritization abilities
Proficiency with emergency medical equipment and protocols
Compassionate patient communication skills
